Changing
your life is as possible as a ABC. No matter your habits, it requires just a
little step. It requires some key ingredients that if you know will amaze you.
These include the following: a plan, some patience, and great willingness to stand
out and step out of your comfort zone.
Have
you ever had to struggle with life? It can be helpful if you start small with
small challenges and grow from there. Achieving some small successes
will definitely give rise to confidence to move you forward for greater
changes.
How can you transform your life from where you are to the where you truly desire to be in the future?
How can you transform your life from where you are to the where you truly desire to be in the future?
Let
us consider the following points:
1. Focus on your Strength.
Look
well into your life. There are areas you are very strong. Choose the things
that truly create the most impact in your life. Consider yourself under a
thorough examination. Think about all the changes that would make a brighter
future in your life, career,
family, relationship, finance, etc. Then put the list in orderliness from the highly
desirable ones to the least desirable.
From here, start at the top end and look through the list downward; stop at the first thing that you can change in within a short while.

Setting
goals can be dynamic. What could you achieve in a year’s time? Scan through
your list again and focus on the spot of the most concerned you can change in a
relatively short period of time. As in step 1. Get to plan on how to achieve
this. Be dynamic; be ready for change you're far more able than you think!
Pen down some specific things you can do to effect the change you desire. It can read this way, "In 3 years time on or before August 10th 2015, I would have built my 2 bedroom house."

3. Engage the Power of Reflection.
Reflect
on things that limit you. Sometimes somewhere, there are something that stopped
you so from going far; figure out what that thing is. It may be lack of
knowledge or technical know-how of what you need to do. It may be fear of
uncertainty.
To
be capable to face challenges is the problem of many in starting out. To achieve
success, you'll need to erase fear or doubt from the beginning. When you
look back and see what stopped you before, with determination, you will ruthlessly
fight it to prevent you from aggressively taking action for progress.
4. Push and plan as you reflect.
Whatever
has been stopping you up to this point isn't going to go away on its own. By
now, you may want to consider it a normal thing. But come up with a plan to
eliminate the challenge. Import simple techniques that can align with goal like
meditation to boost your success in overcoming
the challenges.
For example, think about what you'll have to go through to achieve your goal. This can be in form of sacrifice. You have to pay for it! If you think of anything it has to be nothing but positive. Look at things that will excite you to have your goals achieved. And you know this is the power of your unconscious mind. Don't ignore it - use it. It's a gift that makes you unique.

5. Review your goals every day.
Continuing
to reinforce your goal will maintain its priority in your mind. Look at it
every day and probably read it aloud. Imagine the joy of accomplishing
your goal. See the excitement, the reward and how it will benefit others
around you.
Don’t
forget, the tougher the goal, the more frequently you should reinforce it.
6. Put up a course of action.
No
pilot will fly with the basic understanding of compass. A basic plan divided
into a list of small steps of daily activities will help you to accomplish.
This is the road map to your goal.
At
times, big
goals usually require a lot of action steps to be put in place, but you can
achieve them by following your map, one step at a time. Make a plan and work
the plan. Failure to plan is planning to fail.
7. Measure the line.
It's
important to measure how you're doing. Track your progress to know how far you
have gone and what exactly remains for the goals to be achieved.
For
example, if you have a financial-related goal, ask yourself, looking at the
time in relation with your set goals, how much have you made so far? Correlate
that with how much time that is left for you to get to the deadline. With these, you can easily deduce, if you are behind
or ahead of your time schedule.
The
knowledge of this will keep you in the know of where you stand in relation to your
goal’s achievement.
8.
Don't quit.
To change your life is a noble pursuit and this is one of the most meaningful things you can do for yourself. Success is not all about money. It’s making an impact in your life and that of others. But it's not for the weak hearted. Be patient, “Rome was not built in a day”- Transforming yourself can be challenging otherwise it can cause frustration and then failure.

You're
not going to change everything overnight. A little at a time, knock off a few
of the easier items first. The confidence you gain will guide you through the
tougher challenges.
